Welcome to INHALT. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the INHALT website, platform, and services. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

1. The INHALT Platform

INHALT is a marketplace that connects content creators ("Creators") with brands ("Brands") for performance-driven marketing campaigns. We provide the infrastructure for discovering campaigns, verifying metrics, and processing payouts.

2. User Accounts

  • Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and participate in campaigns.
  • Account Security: You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities that occur under your account.
  • Accuracy: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.

3. For Creators: Campaigns & Earnings

  • Performance Metrics: Earnings are calculated based on verified views and engagement metrics. Fake views, bot traffic, or artificial engagement manipulation will result in immediate ban and forfeiture of earnings.
  • Approvals: Submissions must meet the specific requirements outlined in the campaign brief. Brands and INHALT reserve the right to reject submissions that do not meet these criteria.
  • Payouts: Withdrawals can be requested once your wallet balance reaches the minimum threshold. Payouts are processed to your linked bank account or UPI ID.

4. For Brands: Campaign Creation

  • Funding: Brands must fund their campaigns adequately. Budgets are distributed to creators based on their verified performance.
  • Content Usage: By default, Brands are granted a license to use, share, and repurpose the content generated by Creators for the specific campaign, as outlined in the campaign agreement.

5. Intellectual Property

The INHALT platform, including its original content, features, and functionality, are owned by INHALT and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall INHALT, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the platform.
